The mission of FIRST Wisconsin is to ensure every student has the opportunity to choose to participate in FIRST, a life-changing robotics program that gives young people the skills, confidence, and resilience to build a better world. Through a commitment to “Every Child. Every Program. Everywhere,” FIRST Wisconsin is making transformative STEM experiences accessible to all students, at any point in their education, regardless of geographic location or zip code.

At FIRST Wisconsin, we’re not just filling positions—we’re building a mission-driven team of individuals who are passionate about expanding student access to FIRST programs. As we expand student participation across the state, we’re focused on ensuring a smooth transition and continuing to deliver high-quality, impactful event experiences—efforts that will be strengthened by bringing on skilled individuals in key support roles.
We are looking to bring on 1–3 adaptable individuals—whether as 1099 contractors, part-time, or full-time employees—to support a variety of needs across our programs and events. While we’ve outlined several key areas of support, these roles are flexible and may be combined or tailored based on the strengths and interests of the individuals we hire.
