Our FTC Season Review Part I was hosted March 28th and a recording of the session can be found here.
We had such a great discussion we're extending the season review! With your current input, we have an additional set of questions we'd like to gather opinions on from our teams.

What is the ideal % of teams advancing to the FTC State Championship?
What are your thoughts on hosting a 2-3 double event weekends?
i.e. coordinating events at one location on Saturday with 28 teams AND Sunday with a different 28 teams to minimize weekends and setup/tear down
Opinions and thoughts on League Play?
Notes: Consider hybrid option for specific regions with the following description?
A strong League Coordinator Organization
Easy to access / build pool of volunteers
Local teams attend shorter events with multiple opportunities to iterate
