The most powerful advocates for expanding student access to FIRST programs are current youth participants. These individuals experience firsthand the transformative impact of hands-on STEM learning, which uniquely positions them to inspire and influence their peers.

The two initiatives within our mission to, "Spotlight the Student Voice" empower these exceptional student leaders to ensure that every student in Wisconsin has the opportunity to benefit from the enriching experiences offered by FIRST. By fostering student-led advocacy and leadership, we aim to create a future where all students can realize their potential through participation in FIRST programs.
